I have over ten years' experience in technology, marketing and consulting roles in the Internet, IT and telecommunications industries.
My special interests include web standards, usability and accessibility issues.
I hold an honours degree in Computer Science (1991) and a Master's degree in Electronic Publishing (City University, 2004). I continue to undertake professional development in web technologies and usability, currently enrolled on the HCI and Ergonomics Master's course at UCLIC.
